1. CVS MinuteClinics behavioral health services
Because Aetna is ²©Ñǹú¼ÊÓéÀÖ³Ç's medical care provider, ²©Ñǹú¼ÊÓéÀÖ³Ç employees also have access to , which offer virtual and in-person appointments seven days a week. Some of these locations also offer behavioral health services.
2. Marathon Health
offers behavioral health services to all our employees. In addition to in-person behavioral health visits, they can schedule a virtual appointment with a Marathon provider anytime through the .
3. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP through offers free and unlimited service to our employees. The EAP provides free virtual or in-person mental health needs and other resources including coaching via text-based chats, self-care activities, and mindfulness practices through the Headspace app.

Our employees and their dependents aged 13 and up can access on-demand behavioral healthcare through . Immediate text-based behavioral health coaching, video therapy with a psychiatrist, and self-guided care resources are available day or night.

6. Flat copay for behavioral health services
We know that deductibles and copays may be a barrier for some to seek out services for mental health or substance use disorders, so our health plans now only require a flat copay for both in- and out-of-network behavioral health outpatient appointments.
